WHEDA Headquarters
Based in Madison, WI, the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) serves Wisconsinites by providing affordable housing and business financing products. To help further their mission, WHEDA engaged Cotter as Owner’s Representative to determine the best path to building a new corporate headquarters. Cotter guided the decision-making process by assisting in site selection and determining a best-fit solution for the new HQ. Once a final site is selected, Cotter served as Owner’s Representative for the design/construction phases through closeout.
