For the Van Buren residential apartment building in Chicago’s Greektown, Cotter served as owner’s representative and construction consultant to Loukas Development. Cotter ensured the construction process ran smoothly, advised on contracts, procedure, maintained budget and schedule, reviewed cost estimates, change orders, and other items influencing time, budget, and project quality. Our experience with residential construction project management helped ensure that this project was a success.

Designed by BKL Architects, The Van Buren is a 12-story apartment building in Greektown neighborhood, adjacent to the West Loop. The transit-oriented project features 148 residential units, ground floor retail, 65 interior parking stalls, landscaped terrace, and roof pool, and a green roof.
