The Park Plaza Senior Living Facility provides caregiving services, drivers, activity coordinators, course instructors, dining, and amenities in an environment supportive of the Jewish faith. Cotter provided project management services including feasibility studies, team assembly, budget development, design management procurement, construction administration, and furniture, finishes and equipment procurement, and installation management.

The scope of work included a complete gut and renovation of all bathrooms in the 200-unit building and a new addition to reorient the lobby and other public spaces. The new addition includes a synagogue, multipurpose room, gallery, arts and crafts space, physical therapy center, library, visiting doctor office, and expanded administrative offices.
