As a Senior Project Manager, Todd Faulstich works with clients to establish project goals and requirements and assembles external and internal teams to deliver projects that meet those requirements. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and serves as the key client contact. He has experience in project controls, project management, design management, construction management, document management/auditing, dispute resolution and project controls for various project types. Todd’s experience in aviation, energy, transportation, and road and bridge rehabilitation has made him particularly adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
