As part of this team, Cotter is providing field project management, project reporting, and project controls services including scheduling, cost management, and document control. The Cotter team is responsible for CPM schedule updates, schedule reporting, cost forecasting, and cost reporting to keep the program on time and on budget. Cotter also provides day-to-day project management of construction activities to ensure the work is proceeding to meet the NERC deadline by the 2019 cutoff. The impending deadline makes this a critical project that the Cotter team works tirelessly to ensure the Regional Utility Company is in compliance with these deadlines.
