The Park Tower Condominium association enlisted Cotter Consulting to oversee plumbing repairs in 11 private residences and common areas. Cotter provided project management and owner’s representative services for the condo association from pre-construction through closeout. Skilled coordination of security and safety protocols was provided throughout all phased construction stages.
