Anne Edwards-Cotter is the Founder and President of Cotter Consulting, Inc., a purpose-driven firm that provides program, project, and construction management services for corporate, public, and institutional clients. Through her personal dedication to her own continuous improvement and that of the Cotter team, Anne has built a firm with a reputation for professional excellence and integrity that has stood the test of time.

A strategist and groundbreaking industry leader, Anne has honed the qualities and critical skills that best serve construction professionals over the long haul. She was the first woman to be named President of the Chicago Building Congress and was the recipient of the organization’s 2018 Award of Honor. Anne has built her success by staking a claim deep into her regional community, preparing strategically for future disruption, learning from respected leaders outside the industry and fostering a firm wide culture of diversity and inclusion.
